Merchant owners enjoy a level of service and amenity typically found in a hotel or a club. Owners are part of an exclusive community right in the heart of the CBD with transport, cafes, bars, restaurants and retail on the doorstep. Owners have the luxury of a full-time Concierge, a lobby café-bar, a communal lounge area with library, galley bar, call cabins for private calls, communal workspaces with integrated Wi-Fi connectivity, two stunning meeting rooms with state-of-the-art digital media facilities, end-of-trip facilities and a wine cellar. Ice machines and a fresh daily towel service are provided on each floor.

CONCIERGE

A comprehensive Concierge service operates during business hours to ensure the smooth running of Merchant. The Concierge operates from 8am to 4pm daily from a dedicated office in the Merchant’s lobby. The Concierge assists occupiers and visitors with access and their inquiries; manage the lower ground shared meeting facilities and end-of-trip facilities; induct occupiers into the building and introduce them to the building access system; oversee the installation of occupier’s signage to tenancy boards and office suites; collect and keep safe items on behalf of occupiers, including parcels and mail; co-ordinate the booking of ‘move-ins’ and ‘move-outs”; and create policies and procedures for efficient and effective building management.

Merchant’s lobby café-bar is a place to rest, relax and to re-charge. Coffee and light food are offered during the day, with a full bar operating afternoons and three nights a week.

Two meeting rooms, The Green Room and the Blue Room, have state-of-the-art digital media facilities and can be booked through the Concierge. The Green Room hosts 10 guests and the Blue Room hosts 6.
